Training as an electronics technician (m/f/d)

Whether in the home or in industry - nothing works today without electronic devices and systems. Perhaps you have already created a circuit with electrical components? Replacing the hard disk of your games console or expanding it with accessories is a matter of course for you. Do you replace the graphics card or processor of your computer with ease?

Then an apprenticeship as an electronics technician for devices and systems might be the right thing for you.

At our in-house training center, you will find the ideal conditions for learning the basics of your profession. The training team will familiarize you with the basics of electrical engineering together with other trainees. Soldering components onto circuit boards is no problem for you. Manufacturing, inspecting and commissioning devices and systems will soon be one of your easiest exercises.

You will use the knowledge you have acquired in the electronics departments. The focus will be on the areas of production, test equipment construction and quality assurance as well as the repair of defective devices.

You will be supported by friendly colleagues who you are always welcome to talk to. If you are interested in this apprenticeship, you should above all have good dexterity. Communication and organizational skills are also helpful. Technical understanding, manual dexterity, diligence and a solid basic knowledge of math and physics are also an advantage.

• select mechanical, electrical and electronic components; analyze, test and adapt them, assemble them into devices and systems and put them into operation
• install and configure device and system-specific software and operating systems
• create printed circuit boards, produce samples and one-offs and customize assemblies
• create layouts, production documents and device and system documentation
• support developers in the realization of orders, the analysis of required functionalities and technical environmental conditions, as well as the design of circuits
• contribute to the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes
• plan and control production processes, set up, program, optimize and maintain production and testing machines, coordinate with upstream and downstream areas and organize group work
• take into account environmental protection, occupational safety and economic efficiency requirements
• are also involved in quality assurance
• place and coordinate orders for the procurement of components, auxiliary materials and operating resources for the realization of internal and external customer orders
• maintain components and devices and repair them
• isolate sources of faults in customer service and when repairing devices and replace defective parts
• advise customers and instruct users on how to use the devices
• also work with English-language documents and communicate in English
