From A for start to Z for certificate
Right at the start of your training, you will receive a lot of information about the process and organisation of your training during our welcome and induction days. These days are designed to help you settle into working life, familiarise yourself with your fellow trainees and contact persons and get to know VAHLE. To make your start at VAHLE easier, you will have a trainee mentor who will help you at the beginning of your training to find your way around VAHLE and to settle in with us.
The aim of every apprenticeship is to impart defined skills and knowledge by the end of the apprenticeship. We provide you with personalised support throughout the entire training period. You will have a strong team of experts at your side. Your trainer is your first point of contact for support and structuring your training. You will also be supported by a training officer in the respective departments.
At the end of your training, you will be intensively prepared for your exam.
Our team spirit
It is important to us that our trainees see themselves as a team. We promote team spirit with joint events during training and project work. We organise trainee excursions and trainee Christmas parties together and can take part in all other VAHLE events such as company parties and company sports. You become part of the VAHLE family.
It is important to us that our trainees not only understand their own craft. You will also get to know the interrelationships and interfaces between the specialist departments and will be able to look over the shoulders of colleagues from other departments.
