The KBH is a contact-protected enclosed conductor system for almost all applications in the small- to medium-power range (up to 200 A). It is a robust and inexpensive power supply, which is also easy to install.
The MKH is a contact-protected multipole (max. 10 poles) enclosed conductor system for almost all applications in the small- to medium-power range (up to 200 A). It has been specially developed for requirements of crane systems and transfer cars with additional functional requirements such as signal transmissions.
The LSV | LSVG is a contact-protected, multi-pole (max. 11-pole) and very robust enclosed conductor system for almost all applications in the small- to medium-power range up to 300 A. Its extreme robustness predestines the LSV | LSVG for use in the harshest environmental conditions.
Open conductor systems consist of a T-shaped steel base covered with a copper profile. The high mechanical strength ensures safe and reliable contact with the current collector. They can withstand even the toughest conditions. These systems are particularly durable and economical.
Large festoon systems are manufactured individually for the respective requirement. The scalable systems can accommodate round or flat power and data cables.
The SMGM enables the integration of interference-free data transmission. The communication takes place in a shielded aluminum profile, the so-called slotted microwave guide, so that no interference or any influence of other communication systems in the environment must be considered. Due to its very compact design, it can be easily integrated into almost all common EHB profiles and systems.
APOS positioning system is based on a magnetic method for absolute position determination. APOS Magnetic Touchless records the position with millimeter precision using a non-contact process. The magnetic system is resistant to moisture, dust or changing light conditions.
VAHLE has a large standard range of small fstoon systems. The flexible systems can accommodate both round and flat cables and can be supplied as a system with different travel profiles.
VAHLE has a variety of spring operated cable reels in its portfolio. They are mechanically driven by steel spiral leaf springs, which makes the systems particularly durable.
With the SMGX, the proven SMGM system has been adapted for outdoor use. It is based on the functional principle of the SMGM, but has particularly robust mechanical components and also ensures significantly higher tolerances. The shielded slotted waveguide enables high transmission rates and avoids unwanted interference signals from inside or outside.
APOS Magnetic is a very robust system. It ensures absolute position determination and is ready for immediate use. The magnetic method works absolutely error-resistant even in humidity, dust or difficult lighting conditions.
The lightweight U15, U25 and U35 feature an open design that makes them particularly easy to maintain. Available in various conductor materials, they are also flexible and easy to install.
Due to their high wear resistance and resistance to acids, the U20 and U30 conductor systems are reliable power suppliers even in harsh environments and with complex as well as curved track layouts.
