VAHLE CERT

Welcome to the website of the VAHLE Cyber Security Emergency Response Team (“CERT”). Paul Vahle GmbH & Co. KG and companies within the Vahle Group (“VAHLE”) operate a structured procedure for receiving and processing reports on security-related vulnerabilities and security incidents in their products and system solutions.

Our aim is to improve product security, identify and rectify security risks at an early stage, and comply with legal requirements, in particular with regard to the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) – (EU) 2024/2847.

This reporting channel is intended solely for the receipt of reports on security-related vulnerabilities and incidents. Statutory reporting obligations to public authorities remain unaffected.

The VAHLE CERT is the central team within VAHLE responsible for responding to potential security vulnerabilities, incidents and other security issues relating to VAHLE’s products, solutions and services.

The VAHLE CERT manages the disclosure, investigation and internal coordination of such issues and publishes security advisories on confirmed security vulnerabilities for which mitigation or remediation measures are available.

We hereby actively encourage security experts and other stakeholders who discover potential security issues in VAHLE’s products, solutions and services to contact the VAHLE CERT. This enables us to discuss and coordinate activities jointly in order to improve the security situation for VAHLE and its customers.
