Welcome to the VAHLE Cyber Security Emergency Response Team (“CERT”) website. Paul Vahle GmbH & Co. KG and companies within the Vahle Group (“VAHLE”) maintain a structured process for receiving and handling reports of security-related vulnerabilities and security incidents in their products and system solutions.

Our goal is to improve product security, identify and address security risks at an early stage, and comply with legal requirements, particularly with regard to the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) – (EU) 2024/2847.

This reporting channel is intended exclusively for reporting security-related vulnerabilities and incidents. Statutory reporting obligations to government authorities remain unaffected.

The VAHLE CERT is the central team for VAHLE responsible for responding to potential security vulnerabilities, incidents, and other security issues related to VAHLE’s products, solutions, and services.

The VAHLE CERT manages disclosure, investigation, and internal coordination, and publishes security advisories regarding confirmed security vulnerabilities for which mitigation or remediation measures are available.

We hereby actively encourage security experts and other stakeholders who discover potential security issues in VAHLE’s products, solutions, and services to contact the VAHLE CERT. This enables us to discuss and coordinate activities together to improve the security situation for VAHLE and its customers.
