Compact Conductor Rail System VKS10

With up to 10 poles in a compact profile, the VKS10 enables the transmission of drive power, control currents and additional signals within a single, contact-protected conductor rail. Its space-saving design makes it ideal for aisle systems, lift masts and multi-level warehouse applications.

The conductor rail’s contact-protected system is suitable for aisle, lift mast and multi-applications. The universal VTP support profile allows extended suspension distances and simplified integration of positioning systems. This reduces installation complexity and eliminates the need for additional structural components in rack environments.

The VKS10 is compatible with VAHLE’s Smart Collector system for intelligent diagnostics and condition monitoring, supporting predictive maintenance strategies in automated intralogistics systems.

The system is UL-certified and designed for reliable operation in automated warehouse environments, including refrigerated and deep-freeze facilities.
