Mobile industrial applications operating in demanding environments require a heavy-duty, insulated power transmission solution. The U20 and U30 conductor rail systems are engineered for high-current industrial applications where durability, wear resistance and environmental protection are critical.
Featuring a solid continuous-cast copper profile, U20 and U30 conductor rails offer high mechanical strength and excellent conductivity. Their robust construction provides resistance to acids, alkalis and mechanical stress, making them well-suited for harsh industrial environments and complex track layouts.
These heavy-duty insulated conductor rails are commonly used in cranes, galvanizing plants, pickling lines, electroplating facilities and high-frequency intralogistics systems. Heat-resistant versions are available for elevated temperature applications, ensuring reliable performance even under extreme operating conditions.
Standard rail lengths are six meters, and curved configurations can be realized either in the factory or on site to accommodate complex crane runways and transport systems.
