Contact-Protected Conductor Bar for Standard Cranes & Mobile Equipment

Crane systems and mobile industrial applications require a safe, enclosed power transmission solution for reliable operation. The KBH enclosed conductor bar system is designed for low- to medium-power applications and supports rated currents up to 200 Amps.

The contact-protected conductor bars are integrated into a lightweight yet robust hollow-chamber plastic profile. This enclosed design enhances operational safety while protecting the conductor system from external influences. Current collectors guided on ball bearings compensate for track tolerances and ensure smooth power transmission.

Available in four- or five-pole configurations with various conductor cross-sections, the KBH conductor bar system provides flexible installation options for indoor and outdoor crane applications. Optional heating elements can be integrated to prevent frost formation in cold environments.

The compact, cost-efficient design enables fast installation using clip technology for suspensions, connectors and feed points. Maintenance and service processes are simplified, supporting high system availability. The VAHLE APOS Magnetic positioning system can also be fully integrated into the KBH housing.

The KBH conductor bar system is UL-certified and engineered for long-term, safe operation in demanding industrial environments.
