Heavy-duty crane systems, port equipment and automated guided vehicles (AGVs) require reliable energy transmission at significantly higher power levels. The contactless power supply CPS 20kHz is an inductive power system engineered for demanding industrial applications where heavy loads and high performance are essential.
Operating at 20 kHz, the system is optimized for high power transmission and robust industrial environments. The contactless design eliminates mechanical wear, reduces maintenance requirements and ensures reliable operation even in contaminated or outdoor conditions.
Compared to high-frequency 140 kHz technology, CPS 20kHz supports substantially higher power levels. This system delivers up to 40 kW per regulator and can be scaled to feed-in power of up to 90 kW per line, making it suitable for crane systems, heavy AGVs and electric monorail systems.
The voltage-limited design minimizes installation effort while allowing flexible combinations of primary conductors, pickups and controllers. This modular architecture enables scalable system layouts for applications with multiple high-power mobile units.
