13 trainees start their careers at VAHLE
Today, VAHLE welcomed 13 newcomers to the profession at the start of the new training year. Among the trainees, who are pursuing various industrial and commercial career paths at the Kamen-based systems provider for mobile industrial applications, is also a prospective IT specialist for the first time. In the first few days, the junior employees get to know the company and their colleagues as part of an orientation week.
"Good promotion of young talent is a necessary prerequisite for a vital company. We are pleased that thirteen young people are starting their careers with us today," says Achim Dries, Managing Director of Paul Vahle GmbH & Co. KG. Given the low incidence, the orientation week will again take place under largely normal circumstances. "Today's trainees are tomorrow's skilled workers. Our company and a versatile industry with future topics such as robotics or automation offer excellent career prospects for them," says Dries.
The first days at the company offer the young new VAHLEans a variety of impressions. In addition to the welcome by the management, these include various training sessions and initial briefings as well as a trainee etiquette course to make the start of their working life easier. The obligatory company rally, during which the newcomers are allowed to explore the plant premises, can also take place again this year. Training manager Kathrina Adelsberger reports, "A special highlight will be the fire drill, it's always a hot time there."
The 13 career starters are taking different career paths at VAHLE. For example, the group consists of two prospective metal technology specialists, two production mechanics, two industrial electricians, two warehouse specialists, one IT specialist and one IT specialist, as well as two industrial clerks and one industrial clerk with an additional qualification as a foreign language correspondent.
The Kamen-based systems provider for mobile industrial applications will also be offering training in the coming year and is already looking for interested candidates. Further information about training at Paul Vahle GmbH & Co KG can be found here.
