VAHLE honors 14 junior employees for successfully completing their apprenticeships
At the end of the training year, VAHLE congratulated this year's graduates on passing their final exams. Among the 14 young professionals are one electronics technician, two IT specialists for application development and system integration, two warehouse specialists, four production mechanics and five industrial clerks, some with EU qualifications. Vanessa Kempa, who passed her exam with the grade "very well", received a special award as best of the year. All former apprentices were taken on by the Kamen-based technology company.
"With our intensive promotion of young talent, we pursue the goal of training specialists ourselves and retaining them in our company in the long term. Therefore, we are very proud that our graduates of this year will continue to work at VAHLE in the future," says training manager Kathrina Adelsberger. Together with Thorsten Röhr, also head of training, she congratulated the newly qualified specialists in the VAHLE Demo Center on passing their vocational exams.
The former trainees have taken five different career paths during their two to three and a half years of training. In total, the Kamen-based systems provider for mobile industrial applications, which has been training specialists for more than 50 years, offers nine industrial or business management apprenticeships. As a sign of special recognition for her very good final examination as an industrial clerk, Vanessa Kempa received a voucher worth 250 euros.
