Promoting innovation, shaping transformation: VAHLE Group joins innoclub

VAHLE GmbH & Co. KG, a global systems supplier for mobile industrial applications, has joined the innoclub - an exclusive innovation network in Dortmund and the Westphalian Ruhr region. The aim of the newly founded innoclub is to network medium-sized companies, corporations and start-ups in order to strengthen the innovative power of the region and develop forward-looking solutions for the economic transformation.
"Membership of the innoclub gives us the opportunity to further develop our innovative strength in a targeted manner and at the same time expand our network in one of Germany's most dynamic regions," explains Achim Dries, CEO of the VAHLE Group, adding: "We see the innoclub as the ideal platform for providing new impetus together with other companies and start-ups and for developing innovative solutions through the exchange of knowledge, resources and experience."
As a global systems provider, VAHLE offers intelligent solutions for flexible energy and data transmission, positioning and control. The company's main target industries include intralogistics, crane technology, automotive production, port technology and other industries. By joining the innoclub, VAHLE is reaffirming its commitment to innovation in the areas of digitalization, decarbonization, regionalization and demographic change. The innoclub offers a unique platform for cross-industry collaboration where innovative ideas can be developed and realized. VAHLE is looking forward to actively contributing to the strengthening of innovation in the region through its membership and to promoting the exchange between established companies and start-ups. The official opening of the innoclub will take place on January 24 from 1:30 to 3:30 pm at the TechnologieZentrum Dortmund and will be celebrated by Ina Brandes, Minister for Culture and Science of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, together with numerous start-ups, SMEs, corporates as well as sponsors and supporters of the ecosystem.

The "innoclub" is a project of the Dortmund Chamber of Industry and Commerce, which is supported by several local sponsors in order to strengthen innovation in Dortmund and the Westphalian Ruhr region. In the innoclub, established companies meet a curated selection of excellent start-ups to inspire each other and share experience, knowledge, skills and resources. The local sponsors of this project include Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts, Dortmund Economic Development Corporation, Dortmund University of Technology and the International School of Management.
