VAHLE presents innovative solutions for sorting systems at LogiMAT 2025
VAHLE is once again bringing exciting innovations to this year's LogiMAT, which takes place in Stuttgart from March 11 to 13. The focus will be on innovative energy transfer solutions for sorter applications and an extended range of services for intralogistics applications. A special highlight: The system provider for mobile industrial applications will be exhibiting a complete sorter model for the first time at Stand C31 in Hall 1, which depicts various energy supply solutions.
"Sorter solutions have long been indispensable key components of modern intralogistics, especially in distribution centers and airports that require efficient and precise sorting of goods. We offer the right energy transfer solution for almost every technology," explains Jaroslaw Warzecha, Head of the Intralogistics Business Unit of the VAHLE Group. For the first time, the company is presenting a sorter model that illustrates the range of its solutions in a practical way.
VAHLE offers both conductive and inductive systems, which are characterized by high reliability and efficiency. "Our conductive systems, such as the U10 and U20 conductor rail, as well as our non-contact, inductive solutions CPS 140, ensure reliable operation, regardless of the specific requirements," explains Warzecha. The latter is particularly suitable for high-speed sorters and longer distances. "This technology requires less maintenance as no current collectors are needed, which increases operating efficiency," says Warzecha. They are particularly advantageous in applications with 24/7 operation, such as in large logistics centers or at airports. For slower sorters or systems without continuous operation, VAHLE offers cost-efficient conductive systems such as the U10 or U20 conductor rail. These are characterized by lower maintenance requirements and energy-efficient operation. They are also easier to install and more cost-effective.
Another highlight at the VAHLE stand is the new Service Point, which offers insights into the comprehensive range of services. Visitors can find out more about preventive maintenance, quality checks and predictive maintenance. "Our services maximize the service life of systems, minimize unplanned downtime and reduce operating costs," explains Warzecha.
