Employment agency visits VAHLE
VAHLE welcomes representatives of the employment agency from the region
Paul Vahle GmbH & Co KG, the world's leading manufacturer of energy and data transmission systems for mobile applications, is strengthening its partnership with the Federal Employment Agency to attract talent: In the search for committed specialists and up-and-coming talent, cooperation with the Federal Employment Agency is becoming increasingly important. The close cooperation makes it possible to address young talents in the region and inspire them for a promising apprenticeship or career at VAHLE.
"Attracting skilled workers and talent is one of the biggest challenges for us as a company. The close cooperation with the employment agency is a building block with which we specifically address young talents in the region beyond the borders of Kamen and inspire them for an apprenticeship or career at VAHLE," explains Kathrina Adelsberger, Head of Training at VAHLE.
In order to intensify the exchange between the partners, Leon Karanski, mediator at the employment agency in Kamen, and the VAHLE training team and recruiting team are in close contact. The company is always on the lookout for talented and motivated people who would like to further their career with one of the world's leading suppliers of mobile energy and data transmission systems.
In addition to interesting discussions, there was a one-hour tour of the company as part of a constructive exchange, during which almost 20 representatives of the employment agency from the region were able to take the opportunity to get to know the various areas and departments of the VAHLE Group. The tour offered the participants a practical insight into the company and the diverse career opportunities in the innovative and future-proof technologies that are developed and manufactured at VAHLE.
"The employment agency is always interested in maintaining close contact with employers in the region. The informative company tour was a good example of this. The concrete insight into the various fields of activity helps us with placement in our day-to-day business. We see ourselves as a partner in solving the problem of skilled workers and young talent in companies," says Isabel Usée, Team Leader of the Employment Agency's Employer Services.
The agency representatives were impressed by the modern infrastructure and the wide range of occupational fields offered at VAHLE. The tour provided a valuable opportunity to get a first-hand impression of the opportunities and prospects that the company offers young talents and skilled workers. Both sides agree that through close cooperation they are better able to meet the regional demand for qualified specialists and talented young people. Young people have attractive prospects in a future-proof industry very close to home, as many do not want to travel far away and Vahle has interesting, exciting jobs to offer.
