Record number of apprentices completing their training at VAHLE: 19 junior employees are honored for successfully completing their training
VAHLE records an impressive training record: 19 graduates are honored for their achievements at the VAHLE Demo Center. In addition, outstanding commitment and the best graduates of the year are honored.
At the end of the training year, VAHLE congratulated this year's graduates on passing their final exams. An unprecedented number this year. For the very first time, a total of 19 junior employees successfully completed their training in a final year. The graduates come from a wide range of professions: One media designer, three warehouse specialists, two technical product designers, two industrial clerks and one industrial clerk with an EU qualification, two production mechanics and two industrial mechanics, two industrial electricians and two electricians for devices and systems, one metal technology specialist and one IT specialist for system integration. The best apprentices of the year received a special award.
"Our training work and promotion of young talent is an essential building block for VAHLE in the fight against the shortage of skilled workers facing us. Our aim is to train the experts and specialists of tomorrow ourselves and to retain them in our company in the long term. And that is why we are particularly proud to have reached the record number of 19 successful graduates this year," says Achim Dries, CEO of the VAHLE Group. Together with the instructors and the training management, the CEO honored the lucky junior employees for successfully completing their vocational training.
The former trainees have taken different career paths during their two to three and a half years of training. The Kamen-based system provider for mobile industrial applications, which has been training specialists for more than 50 years, offers a total of ten apprenticeships with a technical or business management focus.
In addition to their certificates, the graduates also received engraved mementos of their training period. In addition, junior employees were honored for their commitment as trainees (trainees who present their activities, training and the company in schools) and for their work in the trainee social media team. As a sign of special recognition, Carina Arauner and Kevin Domke, the best in their year, were awarded a voucher worth 250 euros.
VAHLE is already looking for new future specialists for the coming 2024 training year.
