15 junior employees start training at VAHLE
Career start at VAHLE: 15 talented young people start their training in 7 different professions
Paul Vahle GmbH & Co KG is delighted to welcome 15 young professionals at the start of this year's training year. As a leading system provider for mobile industrial applications, the company has been committed to promoting young talent for years - in seven training professions. An exciting and varied induction week awaits the trainees in the first few days.
"Training at VAHLE is geared towards supporting young people in their professional development and laying the best possible foundation for their careers," says Kathrina Adelsberger, Co-Training Manager at Paul Vahle GmbH. With the 15 new trainees, the Kamen-based system provider now employs a total of 37 trainees. "We attach great importance to a varied and interesting training period. During the VAHLE orientation week, the new trainees can expect exciting and varied activities such as trainee etiquette, a company rally or a "dicey" hazard training course," adds Adelsberger.
At the start today, VAHLE Management Board member Henning Stelte welcomed the new arrivals together with the trainers. The first highlight of the orientation phase is the annual trainee excursion, where all trainee cohorts come together and spend an eventful day together. "The trainee excursion is a special event that gives our trainees the opportunity to get to know each other better and develop team spirit at an early stage," says Kathrina Adelsberger.
Paul Vahle GmbH & Co KG, the largest employer in Kamen, attaches great importance to providing the best possible training for its apprentices. This also includes the time that the junior staff spend at vocational school. In order to create optimal learning conditions, the company therefore provides each apprentice with a laptop.
The 15 young people starting their careers at VAHLE are following different career paths: Two are being trained as warehouse specialists, two as production mechanics, two as industrial electricians, two as technical product designers, four want to become industrial clerks, two metal technology specialists and one industrial mechanic.
The family-owned company VAHLE is delighted with the successful start to the new training year and is already planning the next one. In order to continue its long-standing tradition of promoting young talent in 2024, the company is already looking for more committed trainees.
